    • Recipient's collection details
    • Bank confirmation (for bank deposits)
    • Estimated availability time for the Recipient.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
  • Pay applicable Fees for Services provided.
  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions and relevant laws.
  • Provide accurate identity information and comply with verification procedures.
  • Not engage in Prohibited purposes.
  • Ensure secure handling of Reference Numbers.
  • Transfer money only from your own accounts.
  • Use the Service responsibly for personal or legitimate purposes.

6. Cancellations And Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel a Transaction before payment to the Recipient.
  • Refunds are subject to conditions outlined in this section.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
  • Transaction cancellations not meeting specified conditions may result in Fees retention.
  • Transactions expire after 1 month if not collected.
  • Non-collected funds waive cancellation rights after 13 months.
